Terms of Use
These terms apply to Bus Board, a game published by Amazing Apps SRL (“we”). By playing it you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
1. The game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Bus Board for your own entertainment. Don't copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer it, cheat or exploit bugs, or interfere with our servers.
2. Virtual items
Coins, boosters, lives, passes and other in-game items have no real-world value. You can't exchange them for money or transfer them. You get a licence to use them in the game, not ownership. Time-limited items (for example the Boarding Pass or unlimited lives) last for the time stated in the game.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy. If a purchase doesn't arrive, use Restore purchases in Settings or contact support.
4. Ads
The game shows ads from Google AdMob. Some rewards are offered for watching an ad, which is always optional. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop parts of the game, including levels, events and prices. We will try to keep your progress. The game is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or contain bugs.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
