A casual puzzle game by Amazing Apps SRL

Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

Bus Board is published by Amazing Apps SRL (“we”), which is responsible for the data described here. This policy explains what the game collects, why, and how to have it deleted. Contact: pasteancalin@gmail.com.

The short version

1. Data stored on your device

Your game progress (levels, coins, boosters, settings and items you bought) is saved on your device. The game also creates a random install ID the first time it starts. That ID isn't derived from your device or from you; it just tells your copy of the game apart from others.

2. Cloud backup

A copy of your progress is sent to our server and stored under your install ID, so it can be restored if something goes wrong on the device. It contains game data only (levels, coins, items, settings), nothing that identifies you.

3. Gameplay statistics (analytics)

The game sends events about how it is played, each with the time it happened, your install ID, a session number, the app version and build, and the platform (Android or iOS). Examples:

We may also record a coarse country worked out from the network address of the request. We don't store that address with the statistics. Like most web servers, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. These are deleted automatically after about 14 days.

We use this data only to run and improve the game: finding levels that are too hard, fixing crashes and problems, and seeing how ads and offers perform. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to identify you.

4. Ads (Google AdMob)

The free version of the game shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, your IP address, basic device information and how you interact with ads. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) before any ad loads. You choose there whether ads may be personalised. Without consent you may still see non-personalised ads. You can reset your advertising ID, or turn off personalised ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads; iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking). You can read how Google uses this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy. Buying “Remove Ads” stops ads between levels.

5. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. We never see your payment card or billing details. To check that a purchase is genuine and deliver it once, our server receives the store's purchase receipt: the product, order number, purchase token and the store's signature. We keep a record of verified purchases (product, order number, install ID and time; the purchase token only as a one-way hash) while it is needed for refunds, support and accounting.

6. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

We rely on performing our agreement with you for providing the game and the cloud backup, on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the game for the gameplay statistics, and on your consent for personalised advertising.

7. Where the data is stored

Our server is a rented server in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (European Union). Google and Apple process the data they collect under their own policies, which may involve transfers outside your country.

8. How long we keep it

9. Children

Bus Board is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the game and want their data removed, email us or use the deletion page.

10. Deleting your data and your rights

On your device: in the game, open Settings › Reset progress. This deletes your progress on the device. Uninstalling the game also removes it from the device. Cloud copy: use the form on the Delete my data page with your install ID, or email pasteancalin@gmail.com. Once the cloud copy is deleted, the install ID is marked deleted and our server stops recording statistics for it. Statistics already recorded are tied only to that random ID and are deleted when they reach 24 months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
