Delete my data
On your device
In the game, open Settings › Reset progress. This deletes your progress (levels, coins, items, settings) from the device. Uninstalling the game also removes everything it stored on the device.
The cloud copy on our server
Enter your install ID (shown in the game's Settings) and press Delete. We delete the backup of your progress kept for that ID, mark the ID as deleted, and stop recording gameplay statistics for it. Statistics already recorded are tied only to that random ID and are deleted when they reach 24 months.
Can't find your install ID? Email pasteancalin@gmail.com with the subject “Bus Board data deletion”. We will help you find it and delete the data within 30 days.
What is kept
Records of verified purchases (product, order number and time) are kept while needed for refunds and accounting. Data collected by Google for ads is handled under Google's Privacy Policy.
